Greetings: Micah 6: 6-8….A favourite of mine!

With what shall I come before the LORD,
and bow myself before God on high?
Shall I come before him with burnt offerings,
with calves a year old?
Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams,
with ten thousands of rivers of oil?
Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression,
the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?”
He has told you, O man, what is good;
and what does the LORD require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God?

Obviously I got myself a bit mixed up with the send out of my devotions over the last few days. I write ahead and things are, if I don’t make a mess of things. set up ahead to be sent out at 5AM each day. On Thursday the first day of June two days were sent out; the next day, yesterday, one. But because of the two on Thursday there isn’t one from the series for today. The series is in place to continue tomorrow, so I thought that today I would just wish you well, thank you for following with me, and encourage you in your life. Have a great day! The passage from Micah above is spoken to God’s people, the Jews of that time. It applies equally to us today if we are His people through trust in His Son!
